This Privacy Policy explains how Forever Stories (ABN 32 274 806 525), trading as Forever Stories Co ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores and discloses information through the Pattern Pro mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, password, or sign-in via Apple/Google
- Usage data: how you interact with the App, features used, session length, crash logs
- Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address
- Purchase information: transaction history for in-app purchases, processed by Apple App Store / Google Play — we do not receive or store your card details
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the App; process purchases and subscriptions; respond to support requests; improve App performance and features; detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues; and comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting requirements under Australian law.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may share limited information with the following third parties, solely to operate the services listed:
- Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — payment processing for in-app purchases
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management; receives transaction data (purchase history, transaction IDs, app user ID) to manage entitlements across platforms
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations (including Australian tax record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your Rights & How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your account and associated data at any time directly within the App via Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account information from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
If you are unable to access the App, you may request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App or via the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pattern Pro mobile application (the "App"), provided by Forever Stories (ABN 32 274 806 525), trading as Forever Stories Co ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App you confirm you are at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Licence to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store / Google Play terms of use.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
Payments for the App and any in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective payment terms and refund policies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or decompile the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or interfere with the App's operation or security.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos and code within the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, other than those guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
